2 YEARS ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS

(1 year for products invoiced to companies or VAT numbers, as per current legislation)

For each product ordered you will receive an order confirmation via email which must be printed and kept for the entire duration of the warranty.

For all STIHL products, you will receive the official STIHL warranty certificate via email at the time of shipment, which must also be printed and kept together with the order confirmation.

REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

The repair will be carried out in our workshop by specialized and constantly updated technicians, who will repair the equipment with original spare parts, in the shortest time possible.

All warranty failures resulting from manufacturing defects, including transport costs for repairs, will be borne by us.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Commissioning of the equipment
  • Problems arising from assembly or commissioning not in accordance with the user manual
  • Lack of periodic maintenance, as defined in the user manual
  • Problems related to the use of fuel or lubricant that do not comply with the user manual
  • Replacement of consumables (thread heads, knives, guides, chains, teeth, contactors, bulbs) and parts subject to wear (blade, blade hubs, belts, tires, wheels, cables, spark plugs, filters, springs, bristles broom, rubber edges, stops, starter ropes)
  • Problems relating to use in abnormal or excessive conditions compared to what is foreseen in the user manual
  • Repairs resulting from accident, bad operation or negligence

HOW TO PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT FAILURE

First, contact us on 0445641007 or by email at info@benincarutiliosnc.com explaining the problem, you will speak directly with technical assistance who will follow you step by step to try to solve the problem together.

If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone, we will proceed with two solutions:

  • We will inform you of the service center closest to you where you can take the product for repair

  • The product will be collected from your home (it will be your responsibility to pack the product in the best possible way) by courier and repaired at our workshop. When the equipment is delivered to our premises, the technicians will proceed with the inspection and repair, but not before communicating the cost (only if to be charged to the customer). When the equipment is repaired and tested we will send it back to the customer

In the event of a product under warranty and the failure resulting from a manufacturing defect, all costs will be borne by us, in the event of the end of the warranty or negligence of the customer, the transport and repair costs will be borne by the customer.
