SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE over €150.

You will receive an email when your order is processed with the tracking number so you can always track the progress of delivery.

Below the €150 threshold, shipping costs will be charged based on weight:

-€8 for shipments weighing up to 5 kg

-10 € for shipments weighing up to 10 kg

-€12 for shipments weighing up to 20 kg

The shipment of the goods will be carried out via the express courier Poste Italiane or GLS. The delivery of the ordered material usually takes place within 24/48 hours from the moment the package leaves our office except in particular cases (desolate destinations or islands, snow, collapsed roads, etc.). Benincà Rutilio & C snc is not to be considered responsible for any delays due to the courier.

For large shipments (e.g. brushcutters) transport costs will be charged even if the value exceeds €150.

If the package is damaged upon delivery by the courier, collect it only " With Reserve ".

Orders placed before 9.00 am (paid with a currency other than bank transfer) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 9.00 am will be shipped the next day.
